I ordered this saw because a friend had one and it surprised me to no end I put mine to use as soon as i received it cutting 6 & 8 in limbs out of a big oak tree ti did as it was suppose to I like the auto chain tightener be sure and read about it you have to loosen all the way to reset it most people are not doing this and then writing bad reviews on it read the instructions I'm 69 & have many electric saws in my life but this the best by way far thank you James S

I bought this saw because I use a chain saw infrequently, and gas models do not lend themselves to very occasional use. However, as light and easy as this one is to use, I have found myself with it in my hands more than I expected. It is small, lightweight, easy to use, and works like a saw much bigger than it is. It is perfect for what I need it for, and the extension pole is perfect for reaching the higher tree limbs that need to be trimmed, and they can be reached from the ground! All in all, I can completely recommend this saw to anyone that needs a small saw for around the house.

I bought this product a little over a month ago and I can no keep it out of my wife's hands. We both love it. We are using it to clear away thick undergrowth and some fallen trees. The extension is a little heavy but once you get to cutting you can still maintain control of the product. Great piece of machinery.

We have several WORX tools that are the easiest to use and most effective of any other tools for our yard & garden. As a not too strong female, I first bought the blower for my use because my husband's tools were too heavy. He tried it once and has never gone back to his "man" tools. This trimmer pole & chain saw is just what we needed to take care of pruning our many trees. It is tough enough to handle all our pruning needs! I recommend WORX tools as excellent performers that no home should be without.

I love Worx tools! Always think of safety and ease of use and versatility. The pole is heavy to lift, but does the job, I like the way the pole is wired for chain saw attachment, no dangling electrical cords to teather, or worry about, it's all in the pole. Plus the bonus of a nice size chain saw on it's own. I also highly recommend Worx's mini mower and blower combo, I couldn't find a better yard tool.

I am very impressed with this saw. I have a lot of trees in the yard and cleaning up dead limbs and pruning is so much easier. At full extension it can be a little heavy and trickier to control but still manageable.I highly recommend this as an alternative to gasoline versions, whether used with or without the extension.

I got my saw a few weeks ago mainly for tree trimming and pruning. It works great. Light enough for my wife to use. It didn't disappoint us. This is the 3rd product I've bought from WORX over the last 10 yrs and they have all done what I wanted them to do. I will continue to buy WORX products.

Just used the pole saw, good balance, sharp blade, works well overhead. Chain attention knob needs some locative. Really silly you don't ship a small bottle of chain oil, folks new to chainsaws would not know to check, since you don't the warning should be in BIG RED LETTERS. That's why 4 stars not 5.

Getting up in age, was fearful of getting up on a ladder with a chainsaw. My wife would not be at ease of mind when I did it. With the extension and all, it's a breeze and I don't have to tote that ladder around. If you have 12 ft palm trees, you'll know what I mean.

The only problem i am having is the chain pop's off. Now i have a gas chain saw and no problem with that. It looks like the bar that the chain go's on the grove is not that deep and the tab's on the chain that go's in the grove are not very long ether. So i had to used it any way. At least the chain is very easy to put back on. Would i recommend this saw to any body else. That's a big NO.
