Light use since Mothers Day. Prongs smelled like electrical fire, quit heating. Prong disconnected, into unit socket. Lid knob tiny for size and heft of lid. Bad design, bad quality. Refund please.

I can't believe how big the skillet is!I cooked a great meal (well my husband thought so), first time using the skillet. No burning, no under cooked meat, simmered just right and clean up was so simple.Great purchase!

It is bigger than I expected. Heats/cooks fast. Cools fast too - great for quick cleaning but bad if you want to try to keep warm. Must remain plugged in to keep foods hot
