Great product

I wasn't expecting to love this so much when I ordered it, but it is hands down my favorite, most used kitchen tool! I cook so many of my meals in this thing!! I can throw my meat and veggies in there together and cook my entire meal at the same time, and if you are cooking for a large family, this will be a game changer in your kitchen for sure. If you are on the fence, GET IT :-)

I love this skillet. It is somewhat easy to clean but I would have gave it 5 stars if the skillet it's self would have been removable for cleaning in stead of taking a chance on getting water into the electrical area. Otherwise I would have said it was a perfect skillet. I love this so much. I want to cook anything that I can just to use it. Lol.

We've had this skillet for a while now. It's one of our main cooking sources. Works fantastic for our family of 5 for one Skillet meal. Just bought a new one because the other one stopped heating. It's been about 3 years. Not sure what happened but it's a good tool for us and needed a new one. Love the new lid rest, the first one didn't come with that.

I have the 14 inch electric skillet. I love it. It did mess up on me but I contacted the company and they are helping me get it fixed. At first they sent me a new probe thinking that was the problem but it wasn't, so now they are sending me a new unit. I would say their customer service is top notch.

This felt like really good quality coming out of the box, so we were excited to use it. We cooked an easy meal on medium heat for the first meal and after wiping it out (in prep for washing) we noticed big bubbles and lots of peeling of the nonstick coating. We didn't expect it to last forever at this price, BUT we did expect it to last more than one 15 minute session at medium heat using silicone utensils.

The skillet worked great for a few months. It does heat up more in the circle where the heating elements are. Up until recently, I would have given it 5 stars and referred it to a friend. BUT now My biggest issue is that after about 9 months now, the cord has started smelling like it's burning. It literally smelled our entire house like an electrical fire the last time I used it. I will not use it again because I'm afraid it's going to catch my kitchen on fire. There is definitely an issue with the cord. The size of the skillet and everything else is great. The cord however, is a fire hazard, especially after sporadic use for on,y 9 months.

I'm on my second one,( First one) the plugin heating element Burned up and almost caught fire, (second one) the middle has a indentation on the cooking surface so is no longer flat. The plug on this one is already not fitting into the the plug of the fan after just a few uses, and looks as if the tip is getting hot and turning Black, it is going in trash!!!!! When contacting Dash about the 1st one it was a pain to have them replace it. It was like I was trying to lie to them, It was a real Pain!!!!!! That's Why I'm just tossing the 2nd one.

I LOVE THIS! I used it for the first time last Sunday making fried chicken. OMG it is great. It cooks evenly, has a vent hole in lid, does a quick job and easy clean up. The chicken tasted great, I did not mess up my stove top and was able to cook the whole pack of chicken at once instead of a few, pull out, cook a few more. And I am hoping it costs less than using my electric stove!
