Calling the Auto Center at the store directly never worked; always transferred to a call center. Had to be passed around a couple of customer service reps to get what needed done. Apparently, MO does not take your damaged tire/rim? When I had tires replaced at Sam's in Illinois, it was a line item on my invoice, and was disposed of properly. MO location would not take the damaged tire. No overall issue with this product, although this transaction was us replacing a less than 2 year old tire we got from the Sam's in Illinois.
