The techs at Sam’s of Murfreesboro were very professional. They let me know that my tire was unsafe to drive and placed my spare on for me even rotating my tires so that the spare was in the back for safety. My replacement tire had to be ordered and it came in faster than promised and the service center replaced the tire quickly while I waited. I was super impressed with their efficiency. I have purchased my tires for Sam’s for 15+ years and have enjoyed knowing that I have roadside assistance if necessary. Fortunately, I did not have to use it this time, but I have in the past and it worked perfectly. Help was only a call away.
