I recently purchased this and it works amazing and the quality is great! I can read notifications and messages as well as answer calls and the sound is pretty loud.

The textile band is a bit difficult to put on. Is looks safer than the others because stays on the wrist and you have to remove it. It won’t cause an accidental drop. But quality for me I don’t think it will last as long as the silicone like ones.

Watch the online video for setup help. Also, putting the watchband on is tedious. Check out one of the videos once more. My wife has no complaints since she has only had it on 3 days.

My only complaint is that I bought this and it went on sale a few days later. They would not price adjust for their own sale…I hate that! For the watch, it’s exactly what I needed and tracks everything I was hoping it would.

Excellent for tracking my exercise during the day at the gymnasium and evening dog walk. Also have control of Pandora app for music while exercising..I use it with my iPhone 12. I like the wide choice of watch faces. I have all my apps on one face with timer, exercise, music, date and weather.

Product arrived in pristine condition within two days of ordering. It was fairly easy to set up and pair with my iPhone. There are dozens of built in customizable watch faces. The loop band is difficult to use at first; it's less than intuitive. But after watching an instructional video, I started to get the gang of it. The device tracks your physical activity, sleep, and other vitals. Many iPhone apps are automatically linked to the Apple Watch, allowing it to display notifications and provide limited interaction on the device. You can use Apple Pay for contactless payments without picking up your iPhone. I am delighted with this product and highly recommend it.

I had to buy a different one from Consumer Cellular

I got this after years and years using a Fitbit. To me a Fitbit was simple to use. Mostly and probably because it was the first smart watch that I owned. I've also had an iPhone since they first came out with them. So, I figured that a watch wouldn't be too difficult to use. But it is to me! I want to see my steps on my Home Screen but can't seem figure out how. This watch seems to lock up often. And sometimes I do something that magnifies some numbers on the Home Screen. I'm not at all sure what causes it. I did figure out how to restart the watch which seemed to be the only way out of that. Aside from those two issues, I think the main reason I'm not happy with this watch is because I don't know how to use it yet?
