I know this is not your regular bread. But when looking for something high on fiber ("low" on carbs) this is one of the best options out there. Either this or no bread at all. Thank you.

I have tried a lot of keto breads that are inedible because of the overwhelming fake sugar aftertaste. this one is a plain canvas, it has a mild flavor better have it as toast and get creative with toppings. only 30 calories per slice can’t beat that! and it curves my cravings for bread while dieting.

It is an excellent replacement for regular bread. Lots of fiber and just 35 calories per slice!! I never thought I could have a decent slice of bread with very little calories. Very mild in taste, but good taste. I’m so happy!
