I had these tires installed on my 2019 Lexus NX300. The tires have been balanced twice and aligned. I have an annoying hum at 30mph. I can feel it through the steering wheel. I totally dissatisfied with these new tires. My tire shop doesn't have an answer. I cannot continue to drive with tires that emit this hum.

These came as original equipment on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus. Great ride and traction. They are very quiet and as Michelin says they are as good worn as they are new. I did keep them rotated and balanced and managed 48K from them. They could have gone a bit further but I had bits of rubber start coming out of them. I hadn't seen anything quite like it in all my years of driving. I took them to get looked at and the dealer said the same thing. They are a soft tire and it was like bits of the rubber were peeling off. I decided to call it good at 48K. My only flaw in them seems to be that from reviews I have read, and from the tire dealer is that many of these tires don't make the mileage mark, and I did really well getting to where I got. I replaced them with the Michelin Defender2. We'll see how these compare.

I was originally sold Cross Climate 2 tires for my 2021 Lexus 350. Those tires are for snow climates or a non-luxury car. I immediately noticed my car rode rough (it always drives smooth!). Michelin customer care was fantastic and walked me through to process to get my tires replaced under the 60 day satisfaction guarantee—no hassle. I got Primacy Tour A/S replacement tires which was recommended for my car. Now, it rides like butter again. Thank you Michelin!!!

Purchased in 2022 and these ride exceptionally smooth and quiet in great roads but on rough and bumpy roads they are the worst for this price. You can feel everything on the road and my poor car stares at me! If you are living in a place with super good roads, hands down you will be happy with these..

I got the primacy tour tires on my car with my lease, they wore out quickly at 26k miles, I called Michelin and was back and forth a few times because of the dealership and Michelin was so kind and responsive! Was upset with the tires but the customer service saved everything, helped resolve everything and has been such a pleasant experience!

These tires came on my 2020 Hyundai Tucson. Fortunately I work from home so I wasn’t aware how bad they handle on dirt, slush, and leftover salt left on the road. There is absolutely no type of traction and I’ve almost ended up off the road. Other than that, they handle normal conditions well.

I needed new tires for my Mazda CX five, and on the recommendation of the dealership, I purchased these high end Michelin tires. It was amazing the difference. The tires are so quiet, and very well gripped in wet conditions, and beautiful on the car. They are premium in quality, and so far I am exceptionally pleased with them. It really is like driving a new car, after finally replacing the OEM tires that came with the car. And Michelin backs these tires with a wonderful warranty, and I can replace them or have them serviced at any Mazda dealership. I highly recommend them.

This tires came on our brand new 2020 ford escape SEL the tires got down to 3/3nd when i had to replace them with only 23,641 miles on a 55k warranty tire. It was getting to dangerous to drive on our roads due to the heavy snow. Tires did not perform at all on snowy roads or ice, breaking was terrible. I also feel that this tires provide a small pull to the right even though the alignment was check multiply times. I do not recommend this tire we went with the General altimax 365aw which I am much happier.

I purchased a set of 215/55/17 in Oct 2018 for my ES 350 with 119K miles. They were only fair as an all season tire here in MN. At 151K miles these tires were worn down to the wear bars and I had to replace them last month with a set of Goodyear Weather ready tires. The Michelin Defenders I've had previously gave much better life than the 32K miles these did.

Bought these tires only 10 months ago, needing one replaced already. Hit a nail and am told it is slit and needs replaced. Problem is that we cannot find one in stock. It has been over a week and I need my car. Tires are not even a year old, why can’t we get replacement. These tires are loud and can be rough riding. At first rotation I was told they are wearing uneven. Took it to dealership and was told alignment is fine. I feel like these tires are lacking and have caused me to possibly reconsider buying Michelin in the future.
