Bought these tires for 2013 Prius. Get more rain than snow now in the northeast so thought I would give them a try. Worse decision ever. Now I have been buying Michelin tires for a long time, but these are so noisy. I thought I had a muffler problem then realized it was the tires. Sounds like I’m riding in a tank. As far a driving preferred the pilot sport. Would not recommend for a Prius.

I’ve only had these tires a short time but I am totally impressed. They are a quiet riding tire yet in a down pour I could tell they stuck to the pavement while driving through puddles of water. I’m looking forward to see how they perform come winter and the snow. Great product so far.

I wanted to replace OEM tires on Lexus RX350 within first week but decided to wait on CrossClimate2 to become available. It was worth the wait, Lexus now rides like a luxury vehicle. Ride is much smoother and quieter and overall more solid feel when making left/right turns. Handles very well and provides confident feeling on very wet roads, expect the same in the winter. Great tire!

I should say up front that I have personally driven well over a half a million miles on multiple sets of Michelin pick-up truck and auto tires over the past thirty years, and have been very impressed with the ride, performance, and durability of every set. Much of those miles were on interstate highways, with lots of surface street travel. So when I bought a set of four Cross Climate II's three months ago I was very interested in the Cross Climate II tread design and a bit excited to see how it would perform. Well lets just say I was not disappointed. The first week was dry highway and surface roads, the tires felt great! as have all my previous sets of Michelin tires have. I did get a chance early on to checkout the side wall stability at high speed when I had to dodge some significant road debris (a semi truck leaf spring) at highway speed (75mph). The Cross Climate II's responded with true stability and easily passed the high speed road debris dodge test with flying colors. On the third week I was able to check them out in a major down pour, I drove into a rain storm doing 75 mph. I initially cut my speed back to 60 mph to get a feel of tires meeting the very wet road surface, and they felt great. So with no traffic around I tilted the wheel back and fourth slightly to feel the tread stability while driving on water, and they felt glued to the road, so I being a bit of risk taker I took the speed back up to 75mph and the performance was the same; excellent! So that brings me to today my first drive of the year through three or four inches of icy wet heavy snow, tracking was very good through lane changing. The Cross Climate II's handled the snow and slush with no problem. The Cross Climate II Michelin tires deserve five stars and two thumbs up in my book! In closing this review I tell a little story about some advise I overheard when I was younger working American. I overheard a older work colleague say there was two purchases where quality was imperative and he would never go cheap on; shoes and mattresses, because if not in one your in the other. So when I started driving and purchasing tires I added tires to his adage, so there are three things where quality was imperative and I would never go cheap on; shoes, mattresses and tires, because if not in / on one your in / on the other.

I recently purchased a set for my 2015 Kia Soul and quickly learned how heavy and mileage sapping they are on a small car with limited horsepower. I now understand why the salesman was pushing them so hard, they must not be selling very well. At the recent price of gas, this is hard to swallow. I’m not impressed

I replaced my Michelin Primacys to give these a try. I live in upstate New York where we get harsh winters. So far I am satisfied, I feel more confident on the road, however a little more road noise and slight steering wheel feel which is expected with such an aggressive thread. I believe these tires are second to none when it comes to an all season tire with the snow factor included.

Best tire I ever bought. I know I just put them on, but my immediate reaction was wow! These tires are so soft and quiet, it's hard to believe you're traveling at freeway speed. There is no road noise. The ride is like driving on a road of cotton. I read reviews ad nauseam. I kept going back and forth between the CrossClimate SUV, CrossClimate2, and the Primacy MXM4. I believe I made the right choice. Time will tell how well these wear and how smooth and quiet they remain, but initially, these are great tires.

...the price was better than my OEM's, which were balding with less than 30k miles and winter was coming! Granted these tires are much more appropriate for my Stinger vs our grandkid hauler; but the Hankook's had been too 'slippery' last winter....4-5 times turned around before even leaving neighborhood, switching to Grandma's Sportage. And last winter (in north central Ohio) was NOTHING like the one we've had so far!! Since replacing tires (w/CC2's) I've driven on roads bone-dry/sopping wet/mild flooding/ light sleet/mushy snow/1-2" fluffy snow/5-6" packed pre-plowed snow and we're getting ready to have rain melting away piles of curbside snow....these tires grip!!, do NOT slip!!! (All) traction situations have definitely been much better than Hankook OEM's when new and pleasantly more quiet, which did (truthfully) surprise me. Of course, 95% of my driving is on asphalt (same as Hankook's) and full disclosure, they are noticeably nosier on cement (crossing bridges/overpasses/etc). Bottom Line: Do I recommend these? You decide...I'll be putting them on my Stinger; told my daughter to get them for her Sorento; eldest grandson for his Focus RS Turbo.

I bought the MICHELIN® CrossClimate®2 tires for my car after reading about their impressive performance in various conditions12. I have to say, I am very satisfied with my purchase. These tires are amazing! They stop shorter than other tires I have tried, both on dry and wet pavement. They also last longer, which is great for saving money and reducing waste. And they handle well on snow, which is important for me living in Northern Ohio. I feel safe and confident driving with these tires, no matter the weather. They are truly all-season tires that deliver on their promises. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, durable, and versatile tire. Can’t say enough about these tires. They are as good in 3-season as the 3-seasons I ran on all my cars for the past 15 years, and as good in winter as the non-stud snows I’ve used on the Accord for 3 years. Fantastic in rain. Maybe 1-2 mpg cost, but a small price to pay for not having to own and swap 2 sets of rubber.
