Absolutely perfect size for my little one and when I put it on him it felt soft on his skin and the material had enough stretch. I love Carters in general, so this one is a win-win. Is definitely gender neutral which I always try to buy to save for the next baby. It is also easy to take on and off my son. I took one star away because I have noticed almost everything from Carter’s runs a little small so sometimes you get less use out of it compared to other brands that run larger.
