Customer/long time member

Purchased the TV and it came with a 5 year warrantee- Order said they email warranty info. - Contacted sam's after almost a month on chat- they gave me a link- did nothing- NOT HAPPY AT ALL! COSCO is looking better and better.

What's going on?

I can't get anyone at Sam's to give me an answer as to why I haven't received my Allstate 5-year protection plan for my Samsung TV. It's been almost 4 months and no e-mail.
