I make authentic Greek Salad for decades. Since Boar's Head went bad and stopped making Cooked Salami, this one came up and it tastes almost alike. I buy a lot of it.

Spoils very easily. Not for everyone. It has to be something you are familiar with to enjoy. Have served it to friends and have gotten mixed reviews.
