Had to wait 5 days for my new tires to be installed but the employee did fill my flat tire with enough air to get me home. The day of the appointment I was still driving on an almost flat tire eith a nail in it so I parked at the door clearly marked for tire installation since I was the first appointment of the day and wasn't sure how long before the tire would be completely flat. First employee to arrive insisted that I move my car somewhere in the parking lot. I told him about the tire going down but he didn't care. He just wanted his doorway empty. So I moved my car and walked in throughh the main entrance and immediately walked to the tire desk with a gentleman who had an early appointment. There was no one at the desk. We waited 10 minutes and the gentleman started walking into the tire area to see what the hold up was. He met the employee who made me move and they walked to the desk but the emoloyee turned and disappeared again without helping either of us. After waiting another five minutes the gentleman walked over to a female employee at a cashier stand and asked her to please get a manager for us but instead she started walking toward the tires. The employee must have been watching because he and another employee immediately came to the desk. The new employee helped me and was very nice. The one helping the gentleman told him that his name was down for a 4pm apointment, not 8. They talked about the time and the man asked if they could please work him in since he was already there. The employee told him that he could leave the car and take his chances but no promises becsuse my tires would take until 9 when their next appointment would be there. My tires were on and I left the store in 30 minutes. So, I was upset about the way I was treated by the chubby guy but my skinny kid was great once we got him started. I was upset watching and listening to how the chubby guy treated the other customer.
