Having issues with the juice not coming out at all unless I disassemble the product, I find using it extremely frustrating as this isn't the first time this has happened. How can I fix this? Is the juicer simply broken? I've tried various solutions.

works well, not a premium juicer, but gets the job done. low space and low volume juices works best. would recommend to anyone who is not committed to purchasing a 400 dollar model

I had one for about 2 years, not sure how part of it broke when my daughter used it... but I was so happy overall with it that I bought the same model.

plastic portions broke after a year or so. was working great prior but thought it would last longer especially since my previous dash products lasted years!

So compact and yet so powerful, love this juicer! The only suggestion I have is to add a note in the instruction manual about it only powering on if everything is properly connected.

I love this product however it is very hard for me to disassemble after using. The hopper/chute that locks into place is almost impossible to turn to disassemble and clean.

This is the best juicer by far! I also have a really big juicer & i prefer this compact juicer over it any day. The cleaning process is more than easy mot to mention it juices really well with no pulp!

I absolutely love this juicer! I didn't want one that took up my counter space and pricey. My first juice was a strawberry lemon number...and boy did I get alot out of it! Great buy!

This gets jammed easily, doesn’t juice well, the shaft gets stuck to the base, it can be difficult to lock when pulp is in the shaft, it’s loud, slow. Don’t waste your money.

I switched to this juicer and it was the best decision ever. Its so easy to disassemble and clean, not super loud and does a great job with harder things like carrots. Im so impressed! I use it every morning and I have 0 complaints.
