It does take some getting used to but once on, you forget about them quickly. Plus, you’re sleeping! I don’t have a lot of leakage but what I do have this product works beautifully. Very durable as they did the job all night long.

Never have had any leakage problems just can’t hold it very long. Well, I just had major surgery and am on a walker so now I can’t make it to the bathroom in time. I needed an incontinent product that could handle more than just leakage. I needed one that could handle my entire bladder emptying. This one actually does! With no leaks whatsoever and kept me just as dry as if I had gone like normal in the toilet. I was afraid they would be too bulky for every day wear since they are designed for night time but they aren’t. They are not any more bulky than any of the other brands that I’ve tried. And in fact, they fit better. They are not loose in the crotch like the other brands I’ve tried. I know this may be TMI for some, but there’s probably others out there having the same issue so I thought my transparency might help someone else who is struggling.
