I personally use these for during my heaviest days of my period, while sleeping! The absorbency level is excellent! My only complaint is that I wish the padding itself went up higher in the back (necessary while sleeping on your back to absorb where the flow goes haha). They're not too bulky, for nighttime anyway. While they are very stretchy, they're not going to tear easily. My favorite part about them is that you can tear the sides though, which makes removing them a breeze!
