I use them on my ten yr old special needs kiddo, but she always leaks through them. If you pee too heavily, leaks will happen. Other than that, these are discrete and comfortable to wear.

It makes it hard to get to the bathroom in time if I wake up need to pee. They don’t necessary look like underwear they can be a little bulky but feel like underwear. They’re breathable feel and dry if I don’t make it to the bathroom in time. Would buy again.

These really deserve and earn thier stars. Super soft material stretches and gives to give mom a gap free, leak free, easy on and off fit. I appreciate the ‘tummy and belly button’ printed on the front to help her get them on the right way without help (independence when she can have it is o important). True to the claims these are good for overnights when mom sleeps through the night . She wakes up with dry skin, zero odor and zero leaks. Just great! For everyone! I appreciate the easy open tabs on the end that allow me to NOT rip open the package, keeping the panties neat and orderly. All in all a great product that helps keep mom comfortable and leak free overnight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product didn’t work out for me. The stomach area fits fine, and after a few hours, the material molds to your body so movement is OK. However, the rest of the Design fall short. It really feels like wearing a bulky adult diaper. The thigh openings are way too tight, leaving uncomfortable underwear imprint on my inner thighs. They also aren’t very breathable in the hot, humid Florida summers, they feel suffocating and sweaty at night.

They have a very thick pad that absorbs fast and stays dry. They do a good job of trapping odor. They are bulkier than other types but for leaky issues you won’t care.

They definitely prevent any leakage without the horrible bulk. They are not noisy and you can wear just like underwear, easy to put on and take off. They are breathable, no sweating or irritation with these. My mom especially likes that they are so discreet, gives her confidence, especially overnight as she is unfortunately, on diuretics. Very absorbent. Good product.
