The elastic band is nice and wide for maximum coverage but also super soft and comfy. I don't feel irritation or discomfort on my skin. The pad is also nice and thick without being bulky for wear. It also help control for with up to 12hrs of protection so I can wear it any time, not just overnight. I love the soft pink color that makes it seem like real underwear. Very satisfied with this. I feel confident without fearing any leaks or accidents.

They can hold a full bladder, which seems like a gallon or two of liquid lol but it's definitely not that much…but it's still quite a bit of liquid though!! I really like that the material is soft & comfortable & the stretch is stretchy but also doesn't stretch out too much to where they're not snug on your body. They seem to just stretch as much as needed to make them fit snuggly but not too tight or loosely even in the nether regions! lol Which helps tremendously when it comes to them not leaking etc! Overall I am definitely really pleased with them but I really wish they were priced a lot cheaper than they are though! Because the store brand or generic brands are quite a bit cheaper than these or any other name brand option on the market too unfortunately!
