Not at all the new Depend night defense is not better than the old ones yes the blue strip is the length of the pad and rightly should be but the padding is not thick like it was before I personally am disappointed go back to the old original and tween it a little

I have been using the night defense for about 9 months so far. I tried a few other types but have settled on these. They are very comfortable and the leak protection is pretty decent. I am a very heavy sleeper and with the meds I'm on it makes me sleep even harder. So trying to wake up to potty in the night was not happening. So my only complaint thus far is when it leaks, it really leaks. It seems like if I'm on side it leaks out by the waist band, seems to be the front sides. If I'm laying on my back or stomach it don't really get a leak very often. I did notice before while trying to rush into the bathroom that it built up fluid in the front and started leaking out of the sides again. I tried the maximum absorbancy ones recently and was very disappointed. I ran out of the night defense ones and wore 3 of the maximum ones to bed and still leaked through!!!! Anyway I will be staying with the maximum defense for now. I have even gotten my sister in law to start using them. We are very happy! Thank you for these! Even my partner is happy I don't wet the bed now.

I tested this brand and I was actually surprised that they held up to my needs. Very absorbant and you don't feel wet at all. When you need a product that can stand up to incontinence or leaks this is the brand to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Night Defense Underwear are comfortable but a bit bulky for me. It took a couple of nights to get used to wearing these verses a bladder leak pad. The absorbant core kept any moisture away from my skin and neutralized any odors. I wear a plus size 22 in pants and the XXL was a good fit.

I used to use the Fresh Protection Underwear but the Night Defense Underwear is a game changer. It makes me feel so comfortable at night. Some nights are worse than others. It’s great that they hold some much more than previous versions. I feel that the women’s version absorbs more than the men’s. Sometimes I do wish that they did absorb more but for the most part they do work very well. They rarely leak and I wake up most mornings full. These are a game changer.

thanks for the pretty pattern, but please do back to the original design. These are paper thin and rip every time i pull them up my 80 year old mother's behind. Also the new design is not as absorbent. I can no longer find the original design of the night defense with the grey oval on the back. We go through 5 day day at minimum. Its hard enough caring for our elderly. We loved the old product but the new design is just not practical.
