The Night Defense Underwear is such an improvement over the other pants. The Silhouettes are great for daytime when you're up and can change more easily. For nighttime give me the Night Defense!

She is generally in a wheel chair but is slightly weight bearing so uses her feet to use the restroom alone. These were incredibly easy for her to pull up in her weekend state. She has Parkinson’s and also arthritis in her hands as well as being shaky on her feet & these were a cinch! She generally wears jegging‘s, which are a thin denim legging & there were completely invisible to the naked eye! Lasted all day through 3 appointments We love you, and will definitely be buying again!

I found the product to be very comfortable and very reliable as well. The fit was great and the peace of mind was awesome. They don't shift around and they hold a lot of liquid without leaking. I had wanted to be able to use underwear-type bladder control products for comfort but unfortunately it seems they are not for me.

It conforms to the body, looking and feeling more like real underwear than diapers. Much more comfortable than wearing pads to sleep. I wore tgese after a night of accidents where I couldn't make it to the bathroom on time. They helped tremendously. They were very absorbent fit over my stomach and did not irritate my incision.
