[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These absorbent tights surprised me a lot, the fabric feels soft, comfortable, has good absorption ideal for nights, it helps me control odors, they are durable, I can use them as underwear since they are very discreet, it adjusts firmly, without tightening, prevents leaks at night.

But as the night goes on, I sleep well and don't feel like I'm wearing basically a diaper! I haven't worn them out, just in the privacy of my home, but I feel like everyone knows that I'm wearing it! No one has said anything and I have young kids and teenagers, none of them have filters so apparently they don't notice it! Had I not gotten a free sample I'm not sure I would have purchased at the price point but honestly now I see the value is real vs the products I purchase to protect my mattress and the laundry that doesn't need done so often!!

They are comfortable and keep my mom dry until the morning. She is older now and needs these types of products, but doesn't want everyone to know. These are perfect for her! We will definitely purchase these again and would recommend!

These aren’t perfect, but these are the closest that I have found to perfect. I am having severe and chronic problems with both urinary and fecal incontinence and when the problem is at it’s worst nothing really works 100% reliably, but these pant do the job most of the time and when I am really bad, other pants that I have tried, even with booster pads are leaky, maybe 2/3 of the time. With these pants, I usually don’t even need booster pads. They are pretty leakproof usually.

They do cover your tummy so there isn’t any sliding issues and best of all, they WORK! They are very comfortable and secure while not being too thick and feeling like a diaper.

Doesn't break easily and flexible for movement. It doesn't show up as a pant outline and smooths out. Excellent product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product didn’t work out for me. The stomach area fits fine, and after a few hours, the material molds to your body so movement is OK. However, the rest of the Design fall short. It really feels like wearing a bulky adult diaper. The thigh openings are way too tight, leaving uncomfortable underwear imprint on my inner thighs. They also aren’t very breathable in the hot, humid Florida summers, they feel suffocating and sweaty at night.
