Good dryer for 11 months

Good dryer and worked well for 11 months. Nice pre sets and worked like a pro until it stopped heating. Working with support to try and get it working again is a nightmare. No working dryer now going on week 3. Avoid.

Thank you for your insight, JoaMaxOx. Let's check why the dryer could have stopped working. Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature.
