I really like this dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dryer almost 6 months and am really happy with it. The interior size is great for a large load so everything dries. The cycle lights are bright so when you turn the dial it makes it easy to see and choose the cycle you need and the same with the cycle setting lights. When the dryer cycle ends, the dryer makes a pleasant sound - kind of like a tune - not like the intrusive buzzers or high pitch beeps of others. I'm happy with my choice.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer in November and it broke after two weeks. But Samsung helped us out with a totally brand new one 2 months later, finally. After calling every single day. But before it broke it worked really well and we enjoyed it while it lasted. Hopefully the new one doesn’t do the same thing as the last one.

Great features and dries great

Works well, still figuring out settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this dryer. It works pretty well but I haven't figured out the right settings to dry my clothes quickly and fully without using high heat, or maybe it's just not possible. I have to run it multiple cycles to get clothes dry and I didn't have to do this with my last dryer. I Iike that it has so many options though. I like that there's an alert when it's done. Capacity is good and it's pretty quiet, which is nice. Other than not having a full knowledge of all the settings, my only complaint is that the lint trap is difficult to open to clean it out. I have four cats so I need to clean it regularly, which is a little bit of a hassle.

Not worth purchasing & terrible customer service

I purchased this dryer 8 months ago and it stopped working mid cycle. It now won't turn on and Samsung's warranty is with a third party, who wants me (115 pound 5.5 gal) to unstack it before they come. Absolute worst customer service and quite frankly; product.

Great dryer & features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryeris the best! I love that it doesn't over dry my clothes & that it has a sensor that turns the dryer off when the clothes are dry. It also has a light inside the dryer so you can make sure that nothing is left inside. Great dryer!

Still Learning about features and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a basic dryer and this has more features than I need; it was husband’s choice because he tested doors and felt this model had best solid door and closure. Since it is located in our basement, I wish the dryer completion song was louder, I’m used to a loud buzzer. Features that I am pleased with are the inside drum light, the front lint trap, and the digital countdown of drying time left for the clothes

Stackable washer dryer are space savers

dryer seems ok - settings are easy enough. the lint catcher is joke. who designed it? you can't empty it easily - you have to dig your finger in and scrape the bottom of the catch and there's a divider in the middle that makes it impossible to empty in one sweep, so you fight the lint out , just bought last week, so i'll be scrapping for a long time. really needs improvement

Very Quiet dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Maytag dryer started making noises and so I decide to replace it with a Samsung this time. The dryer works well, has a lot of nice features - especially wrinkle prevent - so that I don't have to empty the dryer immediately when it finishes the cycle. However, the sole problem I encountered and would critique was that the lint screen is tough to clean because it is hard to get your fingers in the location to remove the lint.

Caught on FIRE after 2 months

do not buy this dryer. after a month and a half of purchasing new, the dryer started leaking water from the bottom (not from the connections). a few days after that, it started smoking and filled my house with toxic smoke in a few seconds. luckily i was right there and turned it off and unplug it before it caught my entire laundry room on fire. my air ducts are clear and was professionally installed... so i know with out a doubt it's not the dryer and not user error....I still have not been able to get it fixed or replaced...
