Options work as described

The options on the washer/dryer work as described so there is no waste on my electric/gas bill. Would recommend this product to anyone.

Larger than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look and feel of the dryer and the feature set. We bought this to replace our existing dryer that started rattling. Install was easy enough, but the size was deeper than expected. I should have measured but thought it would be relatively similar to my Neptune. In terms of performance, it takes a bit longer than I would want to dry large loads. It isn’t significantly slower than my previous so we are okay. Just wanted to inform that it may be good to limit load size.

High repair bills - avoid this product

I have had this dryer for 3 years and every year the moisture sensor goes bad which cost +$300 to replace, so I have now spent more than the cost of the machine in repair bills. This year the drum is vibrating so badly its only a small matter of time before the dryer dies. Very disappointed with this product.

Excellent Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] amazing dryer, wow. so efficient and silent. Love it. Reminds me of the one I bought in 2014. Unfortunately, it died after 11 years, the motor went out. Seems like the top of this dryer gets warmer compared to the older model.

Needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although installation was simple, the drying of clothes takes longer than the provided option on the display. We have had to call for service twice because the drum belt kept falling off. The first time, there seemed to be a little piece of tape holding the tension wheel in place on the motor. the second time, the repairman stated that the belt had been frayed as if it were a 5-10 year-old belt.

Nice

Nice dryer

One complaint is that on NORMAL settings even with the highest dry setting, sometimes the clothes are a bit damp. Now and then it sounds like something is rubbing, may need to call that in under warranty.

New dryer poor wuality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a brand new Samsung dryer it worked for 3 loads of clothes started giving error code that door was open while it was running and then stopped heating contacted Samsung 3 weeks later still have brand new broken dryer with the same line someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours every time you call
