[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung 6000 Dryer is REALLY nice. I am pleased with all the features, large size and quiet operation. I have been able to dry large quantities of clothes with this dryer without having to increase dry time or start another dry cycle due to all the clothes not being dry. It is completely quiet when in use and the tone sounds that are heard from selecting an option or turning the knob is nice. I enjoy being able to select my own dry time and even increase the tie it takes to dry my clothes, the Quick Dry feature is my favorite because I don't have to wait for hour(s) or even lengthy minutes to get my clothes dry. The drum is large and being able to see inside by using the drum light is a very nice feature. I like the notification sound the dryer makes when my clothes are dry, the moisture sensor is an added bonus which ensures my clothes won't be over dry or damp when the cycle is complete. I like the sanitize feature which keeps the dryer free from smells and must odors, using this keeps me from doing the unwanted cleaning of the unit after several uses. I like the wrinkle free feature which keeps my clothes from coming out the dryer like crumpled up paper which eliminates me from having to iron every article that comes out when done. This dryer gets a 10 out of 10 from me, the many options, large size, efficient use and silence when in use are all top of the line benefits of using/owning this dryer. Samsung really took their time and designed this dryer with the customer in mind. I thoroughly enjoy washing/drying my clothes now and feel in complete control of my laundry tasks. I have had it with this dryer. It has not dried clothes from day one. I have read the manual and interestingly there is a lot of info about how to fix it!!!! What does That tell you? I have given it the benefit of doubt but I am fed up that it takes hours to dry one load. And I'm not talking a large load!! I shouldn't have to fix my new dryer and that probably won't work anyway!!!! Also no light inside-with a black drum!! Try to contact Samsung-good luck. Takes you to electronics

I am happy with how quickly the dryer dries my clothes. I LOVE all the different drying cycles it offers. Sanitize is awesome for cleaning pillows and my kids stuffed animals. I can already tell I will love this dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer is large capacity, drys my king size bedding in one load with no problem. It is very quiet! I love the sanatize feature! The controls are very easy to follow, led panel let's you know the remaining time. You can dry a large capacity all at once, cutting down on time. I got the stacking kit, which saves space. Kit was easily installed. I love the blue LED lighting inside the dryer! Easy to see! I like the looks of the sleek design! I highly recommended

I started to use this dryer a year ago it was working ok but I don't know why it has stopped drying the clothes properly. I have to run it for a long time to dry the clothes properly. I am also confused about the proper setting of options to choose for drying. Can I get any help for choosing the best options given on the machine to dry my clothes well in less proper time?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stopped working less than a week after it arrived. Called for warranty service but it started working again. Worked great until 2 weeks ago. Stopped working again. STILL waiting on parts for warranty repair. Out of the blue started working again. Not reliable.

I bought this piece of hot garbage in November 2020 and had to replace the heating element in 2022. Now it gives dc and c3 errors meaning the electrical is shot and needs to be repaired again. I am not putting any more money into this piece of junk and will never buy a Samsung appliance again. Even before it broke, the sensors were wrong, saying clothes were dry when they weren't, leaving wet clothes sitting in the dryer. I had to only use the time dry to remedy this particular problem. Would not recommend to anyone.

this is the most annoying dryer ever. every adjustment is accompanied by loud sounds. the worst is the laundry done sound. that song is easily 30 seconds long. there is no option to turn it off or lower the volume. it's pure torture. i'm also not happy how it dries. laundry get's bundled up (sheets) and part of it may still be moist, thought it stopped and sensed all is dry. i also don't like that if you changed your mind about an option, like you wanted wrinkle prevent and forgot to push that button, you have to turn the unit off and then on again and turn the dial to the program you want, first. but particularly the sound makes me think twice to ever buy samsung again. what were they thinking?

It works pretty well but I haven't figured out the right settings to dry my clothes quickly and fully without using high heat, or maybe it's just not possible. I have to run it multiple cycles to get clothes dry and I didn't have to do this with my last dryer. I Iike that it has so many options though. I like that there's an alert when it's done. Capacity is good and it's pretty quiet, which is nice. Other than not having a full knowledge of all the settings, my only complaint is that the lint trap is difficult to open to clean it out. I have four cats so I need to clean it regularly, which is a little bit of a hassle.

Why is no one talking about the water? You have to drain out of the dryer? I don't like it.
