I discovered It initially because I do wine tastings and I serve charcuterie and it's absolutely perfect to put the condiments and the meats and cheeses on. I also use it for a bloody Mary bar when I'm entertaining or when I put it on for a customer at their home. I feel the tray with cornichon pickles, stuffed olives, horseradish etc. They are incredibly sturdy and they look very nice and clean and professional. These plates are sturdy for all types of food. My children and grandchildren loved that you can put several different items on one plate and the food will not mix with other foods on your plate due to the divided compartments.
