[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My nextdoor neighbor made me a plate yesterday. He placed two large portions of pork ribs, a link of sliced sausage and a quarter chicken. He served it on Chinet plate from his backyard. I was able to carry the plate into my kitchen. I placed it in the refrigerator until I was able to clean up from working on the yard. 30 minutes later I removed the plate from the refrigerator. I took the plate to my bedroom so that I could watch TV. The plate held up very well, no sagging. I cut my BBQ meat with a knife and the plate didn't fail. I didn't get to take a picture.
