I liked the size of the phone. So far it's working very good, fast and easy to navigate the phone.

Very responsive, camera work good for the most part.

I am enjoying my phone , it is working smooth and it is fast when I load the new apps it's the fastest cell I ever have.

this is a great and amazing phone, just want to know how to upgrade to android 12??? I live in Canada, and want to update this phone. apparently other tcl pro 5g already have android 12 but i cant get the update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cell, TCL 20 Pro 5g and I love it. The pictures are Great, lets you pick from a number of options. The battery life is amazing, lasts a full day and more. I do charge it overnight and try to charge it only when 20 to 30% to shave the battery which is stated in PC Magazine and other publications. You cannot go wrong buying this Cell Phone.

after the phone updates it informs you that it is now compatible with verizons network. Had to return. It worked great before the update though...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost 2 years ago. It is coming unglued. It looks like something inside is swelling. I glued it back together, clamped it for 2 days, and it didn't last a day. I love the features of the phone but obviously it isn't intended to last. See my Facebook post.

I bought this phone as a replacement to Samsung. Since I am using it is been a night mare to keep it connected to cellular service. It keeps losing cellular connection with an E symbol. I need to reboot this phone every time to keep it connected to LTE service. I can not return this phone now or Helpdesk is able to help me to resolve this issue.
