For anyone who has a sweet tooth but wants to eat healthy. Although sweet and perfect soft texture they are laoded in all kinds of vitamins ans minerals and lots of fiber.

I have one Medjool date chopped up fine with a dash of cinnamon in my morning cup of cooked oatmeal topped off with chopped walnuts. A perfect touch of sweetness to start to my day!

These dates are tasty. I eat that as a snack. After removing the pits, I chop it up and cook them with my lentil soup. It adds a delightful sweetness to the soup. Just use one or two per 4-servings.

Tlhey are excellent in taste, however it seems that there were some real dry ones mixed in. And being as dry as some of them were they are hard to eat.

Good dates & competitively priced, but used to be better ... And Sam's used to carry the pitted version. Honestly, I started buying different and better quality dates
