Recently they have degraded the quality of this medjool dates. Majority of them are spoiled, black and white molded. I will not buy anymore this product from them.

About 25% of the dates had dead worms or dead worm eggs inside. I'm not buying these from Sam's Club again, and if you want to risk it, I suggest opening them up before eating them.

Decent price I use them to make stuffed peanut butter dates covered with Nestlé‘s semi sweet chocolate morsels melted and drizzled over the top of them then while the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle crushed mixed nuts all over them so delicious a healthy treat

These are in packaging that, I think, lets air in. So they are not moist. They are usually fairly dried out and tough, as a result. My husband eats a few dates every day and he just told me to stop purchasing them at Sam's because they are so dry. We are no purchasing from HEB.

Normally these dates are excellent but my latest few purchases have been disappointing due to their being dried out (these are NOT dried dates) and even hard to chew. I ended up returning the last two units. I was told by the CS associate in my local store that this is not just limited to this product, but due to drought, they have had several produce items are not acceptable and have been returned.

Moist and easy to pit! I love these stuffed with Sam’s goat cheese and topped with a fresh raw walnut!!! Always a hit with my friends and perfect with a glass of wine! Highly recommend for a delicious and unique appetizer …and it is appropriate no matter the diet restrictions of your guests!!

Medjool dates are really good when they are fresh and soft. But that is seldom the case. I have learned that I have to put them in the micro for about 15 seconds to soften them. I got a box of fresh ones a few weeks ago, but the next one I ordered was shriveled and dry, so I probably won't order any more until next year.

What a great find at Sam's Club. We use date in various ways. From snacks to baking. We were buying from another store and paying more for less on the same brand. On many occasions, we would have to soften them by soaking them in water. Not the ones we now buy from Sam's. Soft, sweet, and ready for any use. A great find and a great bargain.

These medjool dates are the best I've tasted; their sweet, sticky caramel like taste is great for baking, snacking and smoothies. I typically buy between 5-7 boxes to last three or more months. If that's not enough dates contain fiber/potassium, high in beta carotene, decreases cholesterol (LDL) provide energy to name a few reasons these sweet treats could be incorporated in your diet.

We’re big fans of dates, so when we come across an extra good batch like these we buy numerous packages. They’re excellent quality with just the right ripeness & sweetness! 😋 And the price is much better than regular grocery stores! Can’t beat the value!
