Best tire I've had on any of my cars!

This tire came standard on my 2015 Nissan Altima, which I purchased new. My car currently has 94,000 and I still have the the tires that came on the car! Absolutely the best tire I've had on any of my vehicles. I've never even had a flat tire or low air pressure with these tires. While it is time to replace them I'm shocked they still have a bit of tread left. I will definitely purchase the same tires and hopefully get 94,000 out of them!

Wish I could give no stars!!

These tires have been the worst tires I have ever owned. I have a brand new car and have had to replace my tires every year so far! The first time I had them replaced I was upset to say the least. I mean, why should anyone have to replace tires on a brand new car less than a year old. I purchased the same tires again thinking it was me but, no! This is now my four time needing to replace them within two years! Not to mention the company does absolutely NOTHING to help! Do not make the same mistake I did!!!

Product use is excluded from the new vehicle tire warranty. This includes damage from impacts and punctures, as well as treadwear. Any replacement tires purchased include coverage for product use, road hazards and complimentary roadside assistance. We do not have a record of you contacting our office for assistance, but if the tires are still available, you can return to the place of purchase to exchange the tires per the terms of the warranty. If you are not able to work with the local dealer, you can contact our office Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EDT at 800-847-3349 for assistance.

Nice tire, but expensive for 40k rated tire

Stock on Volvo. At 37k+. V-rated for 40k. I'm starting to look for new tires but could possibly stretch these a while. They've worn as expected. They have handled the rainy NW. This product has alternative models that have longer mileage rating. I've noticed people talking about getting 80k and wonder if they have reviewed the wrong tire because I don't see these lasting any where near that without going bald. But overall, I've been satisfied. Due to the cost to replace, I feel I can get a longer rated tire for comparable cost so that would be my only negative. Made in Portugal. I will be looking for a USA made replacement tire if possible.

Came With Car

Bought a new 2013 Nissan Altima and it came with these tires, I have 58000 miles on it and the tires are just coming to the wear bars. I rotate them at 7000 miles run pressure at 35 psi. Car still handles great, very good in wet weather. I live in the northeast so they get driven in snow every winter. The only reason I'm on this site is to find another set of these and compare them to other tires. I know I'll get much better than 60000 miles. Very pleased with the tire.

Only lasted 20K miles....not long enough

These tires are too expensive to only last 20K miles. I've seen other reviews with longer mileage but I guess I wasn't that lucky. Everything else was great with the tires but I expect to get more than 20,000 on tires. I just spent a lot of $$ to replace my tires after 20,000 miles. Not good.

The tires are covered for wear, so, if they are evenly worn down to 2/32" of tread remaining, with proof of tire rotation every 6,000 - 8,000 miles, you dealer can replacement under the mileage warranty.

Disappointed

Our 2014 Accord has 50K miles and the dealer says the tires need to be replaced. The tires have been rotated every oil change so I can't figure out why they didn't last 60K miles as expected. The dealer wants to replace with the same tires but I'm going to shop around.

Thank you for providing a review of our tires. There are many factors that contribute to the wear of your tires. Because driving habits and conditions vary it is impossible to predict the exact life of any set of tires. As for the wear and a recommendation to replace the tires, most dealers will recommend replacement at a measurement of 3/32" - 5/32" of unusable tread remaining, which equals 11% - 33% tread remaining. The usable tread is down to 2/32" of tread remaining, so we recommend obtaining the actual tread depths across the face of the tires in order to confirm if this is just a service recommendation or if replacement is required.

Excellent Tires

I have purchased ContiProContact tires many times for three cars in the family over the past several years. They perform very well in dry, wet and snow conditions; have a pretty good wear life. The only downsides are they tend to flat spot quickly especially in cold temps which is somewhat annoying and after extended wear they get a little loud even when rotated frequently. Still I am pleased with the tire.

Awesome traction when new

Rotated every 10,000 miles (Every oil change for this baby SUV) and the tires wore perfectly evenly. Car currently has 55K miles on it and tires are down to the wear bars. Absolutely awesome traction when new, we drove our Escape down an unplowed road in rural Wisconsin a few winters ago. Snow was higher than the front bumper of the car, and we were throwing it over the windshield at 30-45 MPH. When everything thawed out, we took the Escape down a "minimum maintenance road" in rural Minnesota - and fell through the mud. The muck was up to the axles of the little SUV, but it still managed to pull its way out of the mess with a minimum of fuss (Which went on for a good 2 miles). Note if you try this stunt, be sure to hose out the wheels - parts of the wheels were actually underground for a bit, so they got jammed full of mud and everything shook due to unbalancing the wheels from all the mud and gunk jammed on the inside of the wheel

Amazing Tire

I bought a set for my 2017 Hyundai Elantra a month after winter started and I never regret it. It's an all season but does amazing in the snow. If there was lighter snow I wouldn't have to shovel. I never got stuck once. I'm actually going to take these off and save them for next winter and put a set I got with the car back on.

Long wearing tires

I have been using them for six months and there is no sign of ware. The tires have very good wet and snow traction as well. The car came with Michelin tires but my mechanic recommended Continental for replacement. The only negative is that the tires are noiser than the Michelin.
