Still the Best!

This the fourth set on Continental tires that I've bought and we've been greatly satisfied with the comfortable ride, no road noise, wet handling, durable construction, longevity, and no flats! Recent new SUV and Trucks had different tire brands from the manufacturer, but this 2020 Honda Civic Coupe came with the 215 50 R17 ProContact TX tires and they have performed well for 56k miles, so with tires still at 4/32 we decided to put a set of these ContiProContact tires on as they are about the same plus a notch above in tread depth and expected life.

Cracked tread only 2,000 miles on tires. wow

I bought a new maverick with these tires on - I have 2,000 miles on the truck and tires - had a blow out on a interstate this morning. After getting the tire inspected - tire shop said its bad manufacturing and that trying to get the manufacture to cover their tires with this particular company is very difficult then suggested I just buy a new one. 2,000 miles?!?! what the heck. A crack IN the tread.

It is up to the local dealer to determine if a tire has a warrantable issue. If it does, they can process a warranty credit or exchange. We recommend returning to the vehicle dealer to have the tire inspected for warranty coverage. The tires on your vehicle are covered by both the vehicle manufacturer’s bumper-to-bumper warranty and our New Vehicle Tire Warranty.
