Why is this product price higher and higher everytime? No less than a month ago I bought this for 33 bucks, after that went of to 37 and right now is almost 45 bucks, this is nonsense

These went from $18.98 in 2 weeks to $41.98. I think it is ridiculous Sams can not or will not control that type of price increase. During covid they did not go above $34-$36.
