Good matress

I love this matress it's good while it lasted. The only problem is that it only lasted for a year it started to get uncomfortable and sinking in after the year was up.

VERY firm

VERY firm. Like hurt your shoulder when you roll over firm. Customer service is horrible! It has been practically impossible to get a hold of anyone. I have been trying for hours and have yet to get a hold of anyone to answer or call back.

Bleu Moment queen

Comfortable at first...but not that firm. Significantly sunk in the middle after about a month and a half. Returned to Sam's Club no problem.

i bought for my 11 year old and she likes how soft and cuddly it is But its supposed to be a firm mattress.. I need to buy a bigger mattress and was hoping to buy same one but i need a firm mattress not a soft one
