A bit mixed into a plain salad brings it substance without salad dressing calories. A tiny bowl of cottage cheese with a side of cucumber or carrot sticks or crackers quenches the before meal hungers. My dogs love it as a topper on their food too.

I give 3stars because the ingredient list is so long. We buy this when we are shopping at Sam’s Club. I prefer Daisy Cottage cheese because their ingredient list is only 3 ingredients. Meadow Gold is a good bulk option when needed.

Not enough curds, a lot of whey. Like bigger curds

This cottage cheese has so many added ingredients that make it absolutely awful for you! There's other brands out there that are just cultured milk, cream and salt. why do they need to add over 15 ingredients especially ones that are harmful to your health! Please Sams carry a better brand lile Daisy that's natural cottage cheese without all the health wreaking additives!

I have to say, I will never buy cottage cheese from Sam's Club again!!! Reason being it goes bad just a few days after opening it. It happened twice three last two times I bought it.
