Very nice bed! Very firm, yet top layer is soft. Frame is solid and strong. Took me less than 10 min to put it all together, and most of that was carefully getting the mattress out of the bag....lol. The one weird thing was shipping tracking. It took 2 weeks from order date to arrive, and it kept showing the frame was shipped and not the mattress. To my delight and surprise both arrived at the same time.

My daughter raved about this mattress, so when I needed a new one due to back problems, I purchased it on sale at Sam's Club. It was a little slow to arrive, but when it got here, we unpacked it the same day. The bed expanded beautifully. It is just the right firmness for me. Right now I have a spinal disk problem with sciatica nerve pain. It's very comfortable and gives me just the right firmness and support. Thank you Zinus and Sam's Club!

We used this on a pullout couch and it was incredibly soft & comfortable. It had just the right amount of plush & support. I was able to sleep on it all night long and not wake up sore the next day. I am very picky about what I sleep on and usually have to have a mattress pad on top of a regular mattress to get it soft enough to sleep comfortably. I didn’t need to with this mattress. It would be great for a guest room or your main bedroom.

Bought this for my nine year old son. He’s really tall for his age, and the twin bed he had just wasn’t cutting it anymore. It was delivered fast, set up easily, and is incredibly comfortable! It expanded to full size in under an hour (still didn’t let him near it until the next night to be on the safe side). I spent nearly $3000 for my mattress and it isn’t nearly as comfortable as this one.

We purchased the 10" Green Tea Memory Foam mattress to use on a platform bed in a guest bedroom. Our guest are an average sized adult couple. To our relief, they report that they find the memory foam mattress to be comparably comfortable to their own mattress at home. We purchased both the platform frame and the memory foam mattress online. Both arrived ahead of the delivery date estimate. Both were as promised and in good condition, although the box the mattress arrived in did look a little beat up. But that was inconsequential, since the mattress itself comes compressed into a sturdy plastic wrapper. We were able to allow it several weeks to expand, so that by the time our guests arrived it had returned to its full and uniform shape and appearance. We like it because it is the right scale for our smallish, 12'x12' guest bedroom.

The mattress is comfortable and we didn't notice any "off-gassing smell" however it did not hold its shape well and the dimensions are larger than stated making it unusable for our bed frame. The website states the mattress is 39" wide but it's actually 40.5 and kind of blobby so it doesn't fit inside the twin frame properly causing it to bow upwards or requiring it to sit above the frame (neither of which work for us). The length is stated to be 75" but it actuality the mattress is 75.5. It's unfortunate because our kids found them to be very comfortable. Thankfully sam's club has a good return policy. If your bed frame is spacious, go for it!

Great mattress! Its soft yet firm enough to support my son with no complaints. He does not feel hot or tosses around all night.
