The overall performance of these tires is pretty good but I wouldn't say great. On dry conditions the tire is excellent but on wet conditions I noticed a bit of slippage and minor tire spinning. The tire is very quiet, rides smooth and performs well with bumps on the road. I would recommend these tires as middle of the road average but not excellent.

I've had these tires on my manual Mazda3 sGT for about 3 months/1500 miles and I've enjoyed them so far. I feel that they lose traction slightly faster than I would like them to in the wet, but are solid in the dry. Having a bit of a lead foot may play a part in that. That said, when the pedal is down, they do tend to sing a little bit (which I actually enjoy. Adds to the sound of the car) I haven't taken them touring yet, but don't think it'll be a problem for these new rubbers. I'll report back in the warmer months.

I absolutely love these tires and don't want any other. Great feature is the lip that sticks out that protects my rim from curbs. I ran each set for 50,000 miles before replacing them. I feel very confident with these tires in N.J.'s all climate weather. Priced reasonably too.

Bought car with brand new milestar tires on n they wouldnt even go in an inch of snow. Couldnt even make it up a hill. So i bought these tires n theyre awesome. Comfortable, quiet, great traction in snow, ice, n rain. Definately recommended these tires

Best tire I have ever owned. First tire that stays in balance. Smooth ride and quiet. Great in rain and decent in snow on my rear wheel drive car. Use to put Blizzaks on in the winter but don't need them with this tire. A true all round performance tire. HIGHLY Recommended.

These came on my renegade dawn of justice. Took a trip all day on the new York state thruway and we had a long downpour. I was going 70 MPH and felt like it was not even raining. Also, on dry roads around home, changing lanes is like driving a sports car, and these tires are so easy to keep going straight without making too many tiny corrections to the steering wheel. And they are VERY quiet. (the renegade seems pretty solid and quiet to begin with). I LOVE these tires. Cant wait to try them in the snow.

I purchased this 2008 HHR SS in Ohio (I live in a suburb of Chicago) after learning via telephone from the salesman that the dealership had just installed them. That information sealed the deal for me. I have been using Goodyear tires for years. These tires are great. They are a little noisy which I attribute to the Heavy Duty Suspension and the very low profile of the tire. The noise is very slight and most people would not even notice. There is no difference in traction whether I am driving on dry roads or wet roads. This last winter in Chicago was the worst in over thirty (30) years and I had no problem driving through all the snow and slush. Kudos to Goodyear for building such a great tire!

It's not uncomfortable - it's just not a tire optimized for comfort. Tires that are optimized for comfort lack in handling or responsiveness. This is a "sport" tire, and acts like one - while delivering a good level of "comfort" as well. These tires hug the road and don't slip. They grip well and provide safety because of that.

I bought these tires with new upsized 22 inch wheels in 285 45 22 for my 2014 GMC 2wd Sierra. The truck is lowered 2/4 front and back and these tires go excellent with the setup. They are excellent in the rain and on dry pavement, taking curvy roads, over rough roads, and in every situation I have encountered to date. I look for them to be excellent in the snow as well. I look for them to wear well and last a long time with the Goodyear name and reputation as other Goodyear tires have in the past!
