We bought three of these chair for Christmas for our boys. We put two of them together and two of them have been used since. The kids find the chairs comfortable, easy to adjust and with the mesh back, cool. We didn't have room for the final chair at that time. We went to put it together and found out it was missing a part. I wrote the support group and got a response in about 6 hours. They asked a few questions and needed a little bit of information. After receiving it I got an email telling me they didn't have a part they could send so they were shipping out a new chair the next business day. That is what I call amazing customer support.

My 8 years old is this “Gamer” I guess we'll he's been asking for a chair that reclines so he can “Game” better. So far so good. He weights less than 70 lbs so it works well. He can't reach the floor so he can't really mess with it too much like the up and down our back and forth. So if you want something for your KID would recommend this one.

Read low rating reviews on this chair so I hold off buying for a few months and utilize my broken chair at home. However, I do need to buy a chair so I can do my homework and this showed up again on the site that is less than 100 dollars. I went to my local Sams got the chair used it and fell in love

It would be an alright chair if the quality was better. It's not even 2 years old and the foot rest is broken, the cylinder won't hold pressure and the back won't stay in position. I liked the chair when it was new, but not enough to replace it every year or 2.

Other than the housing to the footrest breaking apart and being made cheaply the chair is ok. Left Arm also getting loose constantly and get no help from the store due to the length of time since purchase. I work from home and this chair was bought for that reason

Seat gets uncomfortable after a hour of game play. The O-rings for the foot rest tear and the foot rest comes out. The chain feels like it leans forward. The arms feel like they are gonna break off. Adult owned which is why I spent good money for what I wished was a good chair. I was more comfortable in a computer chair. I don't think this one will last a year since in a month it's already in this shape.

I can't speak for anyone else but this chair is not comfortable to me. The seat is hard and if u look at the pillow on the headrest and the pillow by the lower back, it leaves a space open in your mid-back area which in turn pushes your head forward. I dozed off sitting in the chair and woke up with neck pain, twice. Cool design but this chair is not for me.

I love how large the seat is as I like to put my feet in my seat. I left the armrests off so I could do that more easily. The back support pillow is not useable with the chair, so I don't use it. Without it, however, there's no support, so it's not a very good chair, and tends to lend to someone slouching.

I bought this chair in-club in August 2020. I am 5' 4" and this chair was definitely not made for someone my height. The arms were too high so I had to take them off, the headrest makes my neck hurt, and now the chair won't stay in the raised position any more.

I had high hopes for this chair. It is a nice looking chair. The reviews were mixed but I thought I'd give it a shot. One thing I did not catch from reviewing the reviews is the smell. This outgassing not only smells bad but has been an irritant to my lungs and respiratory system in general. Not happy about smelling noxious toxic fumes. Sat it outside a bit in the sun, misted it with deodorizer, have my HEPA air filter going in the room with it. I can still smell it although less so. It's been 6 days. It was fairly easy to put together, although the two different length M8 screws are not distinguished in the instructions. So, I was short one and then just swapped it out with a place that could tolerate a longer screw. Either the inserts were wrong or smashed in the back as some of the screws cross threaded. Didn't break though but definitely required more torque than I wanted to apply. Had to an extension on the hex key they provide to full tighten. The seat is a bit hard for my posterior, although that does encourage me to not sit so much. It is very wide though. The lumbar support it adjustable, but tends to slip down to the bottom. The head rest is not adjustable nor are the arm rests, which sit a bit high. The chair does lean back nicely and the height at the lowest setting is good for me. I generally bottom my chairs out to avoid knee banging. If I there would have had a floor model at Sams Club to try out, I would have passed on this purchase. Also, I bought the black/gray one because all the red boxes were smashed/damaged; come on Sams Club. For the price, $170, not worth it. Would return it but as assembled it is too big to transport.
