Looks nice and at first seemed ok. It has a 5 year warranty but it won't last that long and whatever happens to it will most likely be excluded. The “leather” will crack all over within a couple of years under normal use. Purchase something else. This was a disappointment.

I bought this is mid July and by October it was already problematic. Now, it's completely unusable. The issue is that the back will not hold position even if all the way upright. As soon as I lean back, it drops all the way back. This was intermittent at first, but it's now constant. I am going to try to get Respawn to honor the warranty and repair or replace the chair, but it's hardly worth the hassle if the product is this bad in the first place. I'll update this review with the results of the warranty effort.

The chair overall is ok. my biggest complaint is that the back does not have enough spring power to bring it back up-right. This would probably be ok for a kid, but not for an adult. Brand new out of the box it doesnt have enough tension to bring you back up. So every time you want to adjust, you have to reach way under the chair and release it, get to where you want to be and then re lock it back into place. Its not enough for me to return it, but I definitely would not buy it again.
