Comfortable

The Good: You can sit in it. The arms seem sturdy and you can adjust the height and back to a locked position that is comfortable for you. The Bad: 1) The chair won't stay at the desired height. For me, I set it all the way up, and after sitting in it for 30 mins to an hour and I notice the chair has sunk down and I have to extend it back up. This did not seem like a big issue to me as I wanted to like the chair. I used PCP and cut to fit around the base of the chair holding it at the desired height. 2) I sit at my desk for long hours. Whether for work or for gaming. I noticed fairly quickly that my TailBone was sore and hurting from the cushion on the seat of the chair. My back started to hurt after some time of trying to endure it. I ended up buying a pediatric seat cushion to help with such issues. 3) Right away, you can tell the Leg rest was weak and could not take much weight. I barely used it, but when I did I kept it short pressed up to the seat of the chair with my knees up and feet lightly resting on the cushion footrest. Just before writing this review, the leg rest snapped off from underneath the footrest itself and not from under the chair where it connects. The plastic completely broke and snapped in half under the cushion. I would not recommend this chair if you are looking for a Great desk/gaming chair. Sorry.

The seat and back are supportive for long hours of gaming, and the style and colors are exactly what I was looking for in a gaming chair. I sat in several different gaming chairs from different brands and this one by far has the best quality and support for the price point!

Got this back in February. Very quickly I found out why so many say it is uncomfortable, there is literally zero cushion in the bottom cushion. After about 2 months two of the wheels would not turn, not a biggie just replaced them with the rollerblade wheels(100x better and should have came with them). Shortly afterwards the hydraulics started to give out. I am well under the weight limit and it periodically just lowers all the way down. Would not recommend. Trying to use the warranty but it seems like its a useless attempt.

Putting this together on Christmas Eve as a gift for a gamer kiddo from Santa…and there's a piece missing. It's the thread for the bolt that holds the weight of one of the arm rests, so it's affects functionality greatly. Too late to exchange, as they're out of stock now. So disappointed. Won't buy this brand again, QC is obviously lacking.

We purchased the gaming chair months ago; however, we just unboxed the chair. One arm was packaged by the manufacturer with an obvious defect, rendering the part unable to be attached. It would have been impossible to accidently overlook this at the time of packaging and zero DIY modifications were possible to allow the arm to be attached. The other arm was intact, and we attached to part; however, the construction is of poor quality, and the final assembly is wobbly. The design will not allow you to recline without tipping, as mentioned in other reviews. Although the new space was not complete, based on price and the design, we purchased the chair in club and immediately placed it into storage. We did not purchase the warranty, and with the time elapsed since the purchase, we did not attempt to return it. The chair is uncomfortable to the spine and unstable. Sadly, my son saved to purchase the components for his gaming space, which included this gaming chair. Please avoid this product, I regret not looking up reviews and allowing the excitement of price & design to dictate our decision.

There are a number of issues with this chair in general. 1. It is generally uncomfortable. 2. The armrest bolts loosen when you lean back. 3. The lumbar support is poorly designed and never feels right no matter the position. 4. Without the lumbar support the chair is still uncomfortable. 5. Not good for hours of gaming/sitting. 5a. The padding is okay but I expect the material to wear quickly. 6. Foot rest is flimsy and just bothersome on the back of the leg when not extended. 7. Leaning back only locks in place. 8. Everyone that has tried this chair has compared it to a dentist chair. Overall, this is a very uncomfortable chair that will not last. I've tightened bolts multiple times now and have had this for a couple of weeks. It is not well designed and not tested before it was produced and released. Definitely a get what you pay for situation.

Got this chair for my B-day. 10 days later, the cushion pad has sunk! Threw away box and now it's up to Samsclub discretion to take back or exchange.

Great chair. All the folks in the office are jealous and one went out and bought 2 after he saw mine.

Had it for 3 weeks and the gas mount went out and could raise the chair. Also the seat cushioning is almost non existent. Horrible chair
