I was skeptical to buy this after reading all the reviews, but I still went for it. It literally broke on the first week. It is not comfortable and it feels incredibly cheap. Completely WASTE OF MONEY. Save yourself the hassle and DON'T BUY THIS.

beware, the screws and caps come lose on this. The base is not actually attached to the chair it just in a holder and Sams only offers a 90 day return window for this. Had to reach out to the MFR to return this and it's....a process.

I have no idea what most of these people are complaining about! Your not going to find a gaming chair with this good of quality for the price point being sold at. Awesome chair, easy to assemble, works perfect!

Nice looking chair if only it functioned as well. For how long it took to assemble the chair, should be more sturdy. Footrest completely broke within the first 24 hours.

Bought this chair less than a month ago. It's already broken!!!! Very expensive, zero quality. The plastic that holds the footrest to the chair broke apart. Terrible experience. I need to return this chair and get my money back! How do I do that??
