Please be aware that Sam's contracts with Angies who then sub-contracts with other professionals who do the install. Unfortunately, my experience with purchasing a security camera installation through Sam's via Angies via a contractor was the worst experience ever. After taking a full day off from work to wait around for the contractor, he never showed up and never called. I was advised by a Sam's customer service agent to contact Angies directly. In short, after 17 separate calls initiated by me and three rescheduled "no shows" of Angie contractors, I ultimately cancelled my installation and am now working with Sam's for a refund, which is almost just as frustrating since they have to work with Angies to get a refund authorization. My advice is never book any installation through Sam's and certainly not through Angies.
