Great Quality, very smooth travel!.

There was one person working… I was there before my appointment time and waited for 25-30 mins before being waited on.. when it was finished, I had to wait for the mechanic to find another person to help back my car out..

Great Tires!

This tire is great so far. Purchased these tires a couple of months ago and I'm very happy and most likely would purchase again. The tires are much quieter than the OEM Continental tires that were on the car. Sam's did a great job on the install.

Great replacement tires for the OEM

I ordered these tires for my wife's Solara Convertible after reading the reviews. Since she plans on giving the car to our granddaughter when she gets her license later this summer. I decided to put new rotors and pads on a couple of days later. So 3 days after the tires were installed, I removed all 4 wheels to find all 5 studs and lug nuts damaged on the left front tire. The other 3 tires were fine. Two lug nuts were cross threaded when I removed them, and several threads came off two of the studs. Making them damaged beyond use. I was able to buy new studs and lug nuts from Bumper to Bumper auto parts for about $13. The other three studs I had to run a nut on and off a few times to repair the threads, saving them from being replaced. I gave the damaged parts to a tech at Sam's the next time I was there and told him about the issue. All lug nuts should be started by hand. Hand started by more than 1 thread too. And to not over tighten them with the impact gun, which can also damage the threads. Other patrons of their tire shop might not be as forgiving.

The tires are very nice! The Service...Not as much

As I shopped around for tires for my Kia Optima, I found the best and most affordable tires at Sams. 
The price was right and the quality was good.  And the attendent have alway been great.
