We bought 4 Michelin tires and we are very happy so far

I have used Michelin tires for 30 years there the best for handling and mileage.

We have no problem with the tires, they give us confidence in driving.

Quiet, sure footed, great in wet conditions

Installed just today so hopefully I will be able to update the review later. Great so far.

First day of Spring I had new Defender 2 tires installed.

tires seem to be a little louder and slightly stiffer rider

so far so good

They were reliable and have not let me down

Second set I loved the first ones even after getting a puncture

I am very disappointed with the Michelin Defender 2.  The 4 tires are rated for 80,000 miles.  However, I am experiencing uneven wear (feathering) on al 4 tires at 12,000 miles.  I have documentation to prove I have been aligning my tires at Firestone since the tires were purchased new.  The shocks and struts are new on my vehicle.  However, I am experiencing noisy tires, and the roads feel bumpy all the time.

Poor Reliability

Great value on high quality tires for my RAV4, I have noticed improvement in the areas handling, ride and less road noise.  Slight improvement in gas mileage as well.   I got 80,000 miles out of my old set of Michelin tires and will not settle for less.   Of course you can buy less expensive brands but it will cost you in the long run.
