Do NOT purchase this option. The so-called "Pro" (Emmunael) assigned to assemble our patio furniture (6 pieces) was confrontational from the start, given the number and size of the boxes. He asked how much we paid, and I told him we paid $105.00 to assemble 4-6 pieces, and we had 6 pieces to assemble. He immediately zeroed in on the umbrella, questioning if that was to be assembled as well. I told him it was, and that it was part of what we purchased from Sam's Club and included in the six pieces to be assembled. He began to argue about it, at which point I told him that if he did not want to assemble the umbrella, he could immediately leave without assembling anything, and we would find another service. He began moving a box to the patio and assembling the furniture, which I interpreted as him agreeing to assemble the umbrella as well. About two hours in, I noticed that work had stopped and he was on his phone texting. This continued for about 20-30 minutes, after which time I provided him with a printed copy of the purchase order, which indicated 4-6 items as proof. He said he was checking with his service department to verify. At that time, I called customer service (855-755-0309) and was on the line with the CSR when he came into the house and said his service department had told him the umbrella was not included in the service to assemble and that it would be a separate assembly cost. I showed him the receipt from Sam's, which has the furniture and umbrella, and the assembly order for 4-6 pieces (it was on the receipt from Sam's Club). He stood fast that he wasn't going to assemble the umbrella, all the while the CSR that I was talking to was listening on the call. I told him that if he was leaving, he was supposed to remove the packing material as the product details clearly state, "The pro will remove and discard all packaging upon completion of the job." He said he had never removed the packing and refused to remove it, as stated in the product details. The CSR I spoke with agreed that the service included assembling the umbrella and removing the packing material. He said he would send someone else to our house to assemble the umbrella and remove the boxes and packing, but would be unable to do that for 48 hours (Monday). I was unavailable on Monday, so we agreed that the next service person would come the following Friday (6 days later). If this is the quality of service provided to assemble products purchased @ Sam's Club, I recommend that YOU search for someone to assemble your products and not use this service. If this is the quality of "Pro" that Angi refers to, then I will never use them again. I will say the CSR that I spoke with (I'm not sure if it was Sam or Angi) was pleasant and understanding and did what he could to resolve the problem. I can only home that Angi removes this "Pro" from their referral list.
Disappointed
It is very confusing to schedule assembly. I payed for the service and told to go to a certain location on the app but it does not allow me to schedule the service for assembly. No where is there a phone number to call. Why do you make it so difficult?
