There should be some discount for customers who want to renew their plus membership.

This obviously states $30 off plus membership RENEWAL..The description clearly states must use at service desk. They tell me it's a scam ON THEIR WEBSITE (after indicating I made it up, they know nothing about this until I showed the manager in Fort Wayne, Indiana it was THEIR website) they "told" corporate to take it down (so they DID KNOW ABOUT IT). I will need to call myself to request it be taken off the website they only do $30 off new members. It's on YOUR website, YOU SHOULD OBVIOUSLY HONOR IT!!! You stripped plus perks down, raised the price on plus membership last year, why am I paying for plus? Especially when you won't honor this, but a brand new member gets $30!!!??? I am not trying to "scam" anything, I'm trying to use a discount that's on YOUR website, you lied until the end about not knowing a thing about this AND made me feel like a con artist the whole time....great customer service!!!
