I had to get an electrician to install it. It was more complicated than we expected but once it's up and running its fantastic. Long LONG showers and it never has a reduction in temperature. Washing dishes....or running the dishwasher and plenty enough to run a load of laundry while you're doing it. I wish I'd gotten this years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with the purchase. It is adequate for our 3 bedroom 2 bath home. However, it should be noted that we only have one child at home, and seldom have more than one shower going at a time.

havent hoomed it up yet. but it got here on time and is very sleek and nice looking. it will save a lot if space. perfect for a smal home

The tankless water heater works fine

The heater works great but the wiring to install it is expensive. You have to run 3 8AWG wires on 3 separate 40 amp breakers. Also it will not work with single handle faucets that have the anti scald feature.

Absolutely do not recommend this product. 1. unless you already have the wiring rigged for some reason know that you will need multiple new breakers, new wiring, & installation (costs more than the unit). 2. The unit trips on a regular basis causing you to shut off the breaker, take the cover off, & press the reset buttons top of each heater unit. 3. The temperature does not stay consistent. It fluctuates wildly from 90-160 making showers and other uses a dance of trying to get in while it's tolerable. 4. Customer service is terrible. Goal posts keep changing, they keep asking for more info and changing requests. Then tell you they can't help you. Avoid at all costs.
