2pc enamel iron skillets

They cook very well, no sticking if you use oil and cook on medium heat. I purchased the white set and the first time using them there are dark stains on the bottom in the enamel. It will not come off. I’m not sure if soaked through from cooking or from sitting on the stove burner.
