We purchased this to make a bone in pork roast. The butcher was concerned it was too much meat as it was more than 38 lbs. You Tube helped with how to cut it and the roast excellent!

Be careful when ordering. I got one $81.00 and no weight on label at $1.78 a lb.

Great product at a great price!

It was very good. We grilled it on a large gas fired grill and coated it with a sauce as we grilled. We served 26 people and they loved the pork!

This is a nice piece of meat and a great value! We will have many meals from this one loin.

Great price and quality

Great price! However, unless you have or have access to a band saw it is a tremendous amount of work to get anything near what one is used to purchasing in a store. Learned of the band saw when I searched on Google how to process a whole pork loin. It was a learning experience I have no plans of repeating.

The listing on the website suggests a total price of $25.33. At $1.78/lb. that is about 14 pounds. The actual weight of the product I received was 44.77 pounds with a cost of $79.69. I was not prepared for either the quantity or the price. In addition, the amount of fat that had to be cut off during butchering was significant. I would have been better off purchasing the Member's Mark Pork Bone-in Assorted Chops, Tray at $1.98/lb. That tray is around $20, contains an appropriate amount of meat, trimmed and sliced into chops.
