After spraying it with Lysol and letting it air out 15 minutes the smell was gone. My preschooler loves this foam bag chair. She rolls around and lounges on it throughout the day. I took away a star because it doesn't retain any shape. I am unable to sit upright in it so I think the bigger 5ft foam bag chair is more for adults. It did take about 3 days for it to fully expand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 3 Foot Memory Foam Bag Chair is a fun, comfortable chair for my kids to watch TV and read books in. It was amazing how it came all scrunched in a box and once you take it out and toss it up and down for a bit, then it fills out. The only part that I was not happy with is the fumes the permeated from the bag chair. Everything else I am happy about with this chair.

It's a great pop of color green. It took about 5 minutes to open the bag and release the vacuum seal. We worked for a few minutes to break up the foam chunks. I was worried about putting the cover on until I realized that it was so super easy to unzip. It also unzipped very wide so it was easy to get the contents inside. Within 10 minutes, the packaged has tripled in size.It's A-Plus must have. I highly recommend.

She currently has one she's had since the 3rd grade and is now heading to 8th, so the pouf was pretty much non existent. This memory pouf came so compacted I was a little confused. After we read the directions and learned we had to "pouf" it, which took about 2 days. With my daughter rolling an breaking up the inside memory foam pieces. Afterwards the chair is perfect for her and her room. It's so comfortable, the outside fabric is so smooth and soft. The chair itself it relaxing, 3 feet is a good size, great for curling up and reading a book or playing the games.

This by far is way better than the bean bag chairs of my younger days. It is so comfortable even my son and dog love it! I relax in it watching tv or reading. y son uses it when playing video games and Buddy (dog) lays on it whenever it's not in use. I could not believe it came in such a tiny package and grew and expanded the way it did. Great product.

I got it and took it out of the package it did take a couple days for it to get to its full size but when I sat down in it it was well worth the wait. My 5-year-old happened to sit down in it and fell asleep while watching a movie That's how comfortable this chair is.
